Isetan Serangoon Central Reopening Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Qualifying period will be from 28 Apr to 14 May 2023.
2. Each customer is entitled to one (1) lucky draw chance per qualifying receipt.
3. Qualifying receipts must be dropped into the collection boxes provided.
4. Each qualifying receipt must be of spend of $50 at Isetan Serangoon.
5. Customer must be an Isetan Privilege, Isetan Insider or Isetan Platinum member to qualify.
6. Winners will be announced and contacted after 19 May 2023.
7. Prizes can be claimed from the Isetan Serangoon, Customer Service counter, Level 3.
8. All winners will be announced on Isetan’s Social Media and Isetan Privilege App.
9. Employees of Isetan (Singapore) Ltd, immediate family members and any other parties directly involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the promotion are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
10. Each winner is only entitled to win one prize regardless of how many times their name has been drawn.
11. Isetan (Singapore) Ltd shall contact the winners via phone/email within seven (7) to fourteen (14) days after the draw is completed.
12. If the winner is uncontactable due to incomplete or inaccurate contact information, Isetan (Singapore) Ltd has the right to disqualify those entries. Reserve winner(s) will be drawn to replace any winner(s) subsequently disqualified.
13. Prizes are not transferable, or exchangeable for cash, credits or any other item or otherwise, either partially or wholly. Use of the Prizes shall be subject to Isetan’s terms and conditions.
14. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, photo, image, voice and/or likeness by Isetan (Singapore) Ltd for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
15. Isetan (Singapore) Ltd shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay arising out of any cause whatsoever beyond Isetan (Singapore) Ltd’s reasonable control or any loss of use of the prize.
16. Isetan (Singapore) Ltd reserves the right to replace any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice, Isetan (Singapore) Ltd also reserves the right to reject any redemption request as it deems fit.
17. The winner of any Prize shall be responsible for all ancillary and additional costs arising from the use of the Prize, insofar as these are not specifically indicated as part of the Prize.
18. Isetan (Singapore) Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the lucky draw at their own discretion without prior notice. All decisions made by Isetan (Singapore) Ltd is final and no correspondences will be entertained.
