Made from 100% Mung bean and not mixed with other type of beans. This vermicelli is UNBLEACHED, retaining its natural colour as well as the flavour and the springiness. Suitable for soup, stir-fry and a great side dish for hotpot.
Soak in water for at least 7 minutes if using in soups, stir fry or roast dishes.
Boiled , fried, baked
If using in salads, soak for 7 minutes and then boil for 3 minutes before adding to salad.
