How to cook
1. Kake Udon ( hot ) Put frozen Udon into boiling water and cook for 50second.
Drain the Soba in colander and serve with your favorite preheated soup stock.
2.Zaru Udon ( cold )Transfer cooked Udon immediately into cold water, Drain well.

Pair with green onion, ginger and other products to complete a meal.
