Myoga is also known as Japanese ginger. Its flower buds or shoots are used in cookings. This Japanese ginger is rich in vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin K, manganese, potassium and others. Myoga is often used as a garnish for miso soups, cold tofu and cold noodles.
