Tasting Notes: Made in batches of around 19 barrels at a time, every bottle is hand dipped in the signature red wax; no two bottles are alike. Rye is replaced with red winter wheat in the making, to reduce the burning sensation. Fruity and rich in the nose, with lovely notes of spiced honey, mixed peels and toasty oak. It is also rich and full on the palate, with notes of rye and spice, barley malt, butterscotch and vanilla. The finish is quite sweet with butterscotch and dry oak spice.
