A perfectly balanced blend of elegantly fragrant and delicious aged dried bonito powder and rich grilled flying fish. Broth can now be made within 2 minutes by placing the pack into boiling water, and little salt and soy sauce. No artificial flavouring added.
Pour one bag (for basic broth), or two bags (for rich broth) of product into 400ml of water. After boiling, cook down for 1 to 2 minutes before removing from heat.
You can now make miso soups, chawanmushi, soba or udon easily!
