This is a pre-washed rice from Hokkaido and is known for being very soft, sticky and sweet. It is best eaten on its own.
Instructions to cook
1. Pour slightly more water than usual at first. Adjust the amount of water according to your preference from the next time.
2. Stir lightly to allow the rice to blend well with water. Start cooking after soaking it for one or two hours.
3. Steam it for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently stir the rice and it is done.
