Japanese Udon Noodles
1. Add 1 bundle noodles to 1 quart of boiling water. Return to a boil; cook about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally
2. To serve cold: Drain; Rinse with cold water. Drain well. Serve with udon dipping sauce; garnish with chopped green onion & tops and grated fresh ginger root, as desired.
3. To serve warm: Drain well. Serve with hot soup base and garnish with chopped green onion & top as desired.
