Kang Kong is a common ingredient in Southeast Asian dishes. In Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, its tender shoots along with the leaves are usually stir-fried with chili pepper, garlic and other spices.

    Bought this twice, the leaves and stems are especially tender compared to the usual kangkong
