Water from the source is filtered and purified as it flows through sandstone deposits; during this time, bicarbonates, calcium and phosphates are incorporated in equal amounts into the water, which has a very low sodium content.
The mineral water has neither effervescence nor any offputting odour, and at the first sip has a pleasant, fresh taste. It is light, with a soft and velvety taste, appreciate for its refreshing qualities . It is also low-acid in type, and carries few mineral salts, without however impairing its structure.
