  Enjoy up to a maximum of 5% discount on most merchandise, including up to 3% discount on sale and supermarket items. This exclusive discount privilege applies to our exclusive brands, famous international names, fashion, cosmetics, children's and living departments, with exception of services and selected items.
• Isetan Singapore Gift Vouchers
  Enjoy a 3% discount on your purchases of Isetan Singapore Gift Vouchers.
• Restaurants
  Present your Isetan Credit Card when you dine at restaurants located at Isetan Scotts, Level 4 and enjoy 5% discount reflected on your monthly statement.
• Isetan Stores Overseas
  Your privilege as an Isetan Credit Cardholder extends overseas. You may use your card as a discount card to enjoy up to 5% discount on selected items when you shop at these Isetan stores: Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), Thailand (Bangkok) and China (Chengdu, Shanghai, Shenyang and Tianjin). Payment Method

You are entitled to 30 days' interest-free credit term. Payment can be made by cash, NETS or cheque at any of our cash counters, or cheque made payable to Isetan (Singapore) Limited by post. For added convenience, you may opt for internet banking, phone banking or ATM bill payment service (giro payment not available). Full payment must be made by the due date.

The below listed banks accept settlement of your Isetan Credit Card account through internet, telephone and/or ATM:

• Internet banking: DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB and SCB.
• Phone banking: DBS/POSB, OCBC and UOB.
• ATM service: OCBC.

If you maintain an account with any of the above-mentioned banks, kindly make the necessary arrangement with it for this payment service.

Interest

If payment is not received for amount past due, an interest will be charged at the rate of 1% per month or S$2 per month, whichever is higher.

Card Validity

The card is valid for 2 years from its date of issue.

Eligibility

To qualify for an Isetan Credit Card, you must be a Singapore Resident above age 21 and possess a minimum income of S$20,000 per annum. You can also apply for a maximum of three supplementary cards for your immediate family members above age 18.

Annual Fee

An annual fee of $12.00 plus GST will be charged in advance upon the issuance or renewal of each card as well as on the Card's anniversary date. Waiver* of the annual fee will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Isetan Credit Card Agreement.

Lost or Stolen Card/ Card Replacement

Please call us at Tel: 65-6732-8866 ext 354, 355, 356 during office hours. After office hours between 6pm to 9:30pm, you may call personally or contact us by phone at any of the customer service department / counters of our following stores. Isetan Scotts 6733 1111, Isetan Orchard 6733 7777, Isetan Tampines 6788 7777 and Isetan Katong 6345 5555

For a replacement card, please notify us in writing. A S$2 replacement fee will be charged into your main account which will be reflected on your following month's statement. Kindly allow a minimum of 3 working days to process your card after the receipt of your written notice.

In the event that your lost or stolen card has been recovered, kindly write in or fax to us, with your signature, to reactivate your account.
