Payment Method
You are entitled to 30 days' interest-free credit term. Payment can be made by cash, NETS or cheque at any of our cash counters, or cheque made payable to Isetan (Singapore) Limited by post. For added convenience, you may opt for internet banking, phone banking or ATM bill payment service (giro payment not available). Full payment must be made by the due date.
The below listed banks accept settlement of your Isetan Credit Card account through internet, telephone and/or ATM:
If you maintain an account with any of the above-mentioned banks, kindly make the necessary arrangement with it for this payment service.
Interest
If payment is not received for amount past due, an interest will be charged at the rate of 1% per month or S$2 per month, whichever is higher.
Card Validity
The card is valid for 2 years from its date of issue.
Annual Fee
An annual fee of $12.00 plus GST will be charged in advance upon the issuance or renewal of each card as well as on the Card's anniversary date. Waiver* of the annual fee will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Isetan Credit Card Agreement.
* Waiver condition of $5,000 has been revised to $2,000 for annual fees charged from October 2006 onwards.
Lost or Stolen Card/ Card Replacement

After office hours between 6pm to 9:30pm, you may call personally or
contact us by phone at any of the customer service department / counters of
our following stores.

For a replacement card, please notify us in writing. A S$2 replacement fee will be charged into your main account which will be reflected on your following month's statement. Kindly allow a minimum of 3 working days to process your card after the receipt of your written notice.
In the event that your lost or stolen card has been recovered,
kindly write in or fax to us, with your signature, to reactivate
your account.
